High Precision Positioning and Localization (HPPL) combines optical sensors, GPS, and real-time kinematic (RTK) technology to ensure both accuracy and precision for Novabot’s core features. Combined, the technologies create a 3D map of your lawn and adapt as you reorganize it. HPPL makes it possible for Novabot to operate efficiently in almost all weather conditions, navigate on lawns as steep as 45 degrees, conduct area segmentation, and avoid obstacles and people. HPPL also enables Novabot to autodock or return to its charging station when battery is low.
